Accelerating ASEAN’ Inclusive Low-Carbon Transition and Resilient Economic Development by Strengthening Climate Action & NDC Article 6 Readiness (funded by Palladium International Ltd, 2025)

The project aims to accelerate ASEAN’s transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient economy by strengthening climate policy, institutional capacity, and regional cooperation. The project will support an updated synthesis of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and long-term strategies, identifying low-cost, high-impact mitigation opportunities across priority sectors underpinning policy recommendations and bolster Article 6 readiness, ensuring ASEAN Member States (AMS) and Timor-Leste are equipped to effectively participate in international carbon markets.
